The home of every family is a palace. It is an abode where the family feels comfortable, secure and safe.

As homeowners in this subdivision, we believe that Filinvest II is a peaceful and orderly community where every family member lives peacefully without fear of hurt, pain, harm and lost of property. These are among several reasons why we have chosen to settle permanently in this subdivision.

Nonetheless, the choice of living in Filinvest II is not enough. Every household, from father and mother to children and helpers, has obligations - to themselves, their neighbors, and this subdivision. These obligations are basic responsibilities of every right thinking homeowner and upright citizen for everyone to enjoy living in a peaceful and orderly community.

The members of the Board of Governors, the security and safety Committee, the construction committee, and other Ad Hoc committees, took time to write and define the responsibilities of each and everyone in our community.

These responsibilities primarily state the main mission of the agency tasked to provide security, safety and most specifically, to assist us in deflecting any harm and lost of property from unwanted elements and intruders in our subdivision.
